*Notes說明:

• Tuition fees for students who enroll after the start of the school year will be billed on a pro-rated basis, based on a per-month fee.                                                                            

學(xué)年中入學(xué)的學(xué)生，其學(xué)費將以月為單位按比例收取，不足一個月按一個月計算。

• Standard tuition fees are inclusive and cover: Specialized Language support for both Chinese and English, all learning materials, a school bag, PE uniforms, as well as seasonal educational field trips (from Early Childhood 3 to Middle School). Tuition fees for Grades 5 - 8 will also include an overnight field trip.

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)學(xué)費涵蓋：中文及英文課內(nèi)輔導(dǎo)、全部學(xué)習(xí)資料、一個書包、兩身運動服，以及季節(jié)性教學(xué)相關(guān)的校外活動費用（自6歲到中學(xué)部均有相關(guān)活動）。5-8年級學(xué)費還包括需要外宿的活動費用。

• Additional support, which is deemed by the Academic Team to be in excess of our teachers’ range of support and resources, such as Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Learning Support (LS), is not included in the above tuition fees. An additional fee will be assessed based on the student’s individual needs to access the curriculum.                                                                                                      

以上所提及的學(xué)費不包括被教學(xué)團隊認定為正常課程以外的輔導(dǎo)和資源，如英語強化課程（IEP）、特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)課程（LS）等。這些額外課程的費用會根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體需求而定。

• Families opting to pay by installments must complete and sign an Application for Payment by Installments form by June 1, 2023.     

  申請分期付款的家庭須在2023年6月1日前填寫并簽署分期付款申請。

• Early bird discount is only applied to re-enrolled families that finish signing contract and payment by March 31, 2023.

  早鳥折扣僅限于2023年3月31日前，簽署續(xù)讀合同且完成付款的續(xù)讀家庭。

New Students 新入學(xué)學(xué)生

For new students, the school must receive the completed electronic enrollment contract within 7 days of the official offer of admissions together with the school fees. 新入學(xué)的學(xué)生，應(yīng)當(dāng)在收到錄取通知書的7日內(nèi)完成電子入學(xué)協(xié)議并支付學(xué)校費用。

APPLICATION FEE報名費
A non-refundable and non-transferable application fee of ¥3,000 must accompany each application. An application will not be considered until the application fee is received. 

報名時必須同時繳納人民幣3,000元報名費，該費用不可退還，不可轉(zhuǎn)讓。只有在收到報名費后我校才可以開始受理您的申請。

Returning Students 續(xù)讀學(xué)生

Parents whose children are re-enrolling for the 2023-2024 school year, must complete the electronic re-enrollment contract by March 31, 2023 to confirm the student’s place.

MSB cannot guarantee a space after this date, as the school will start offering available places to new students on the waitlist.

Returning students who have confirmed their re-enrollment, but who subsequently need to withdraw from MSB must inform the school in writing by June 1, 2022. 

對于MSB的在校生，電子續(xù)讀協(xié)議須在2022年3月31日前完成，以確保學(xué)生在2023-2024學(xué)年的學(xué)位。在此日期之后MSB無法保證未簽署續(xù)讀協(xié)議學(xué)生的學(xué)位，因為MSB將開始為等位名單上的學(xué)生安排學(xué)位。

若MSB目前的在校生已完成續(xù)讀報名，但在后又決定退學(xué)，則必須于2023年6月1日前以書面形式通知學(xué)校。

Withdrawing Students 退學(xué)學(xué)生

Parents whose children will not be re-enrolling for the next academic year must complete the electronic re-enrollment form by March 31, 2023 and indicate that their child will not be returning. 

決定下一學(xué)年不再就讀于MSB的學(xué)生，請學(xué)生家長務(wù)必在2023年3月31日或之前在電子續(xù)讀協(xié)議中注明申請離校。

Additional Fees 額外費用

Additional support programs such as the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Learning Support (LS) are not included in the annual tuition fees. Enrolment in MSB's additional support programs is based on the student's assessments and is mandatory for the student to successfully meet the demands of the curriculum.

MSB reserves the right to withdraw a student if parents refuse the recommended additional support.

額外的學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)費用，如英語強化課程（IEP）及特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)（LS）的費用不包含在學(xué)費當(dāng)中。學(xué)校根據(jù)學(xué)生的測試成績評估決定該生是否需要參加額外輔導(dǎo)課程，如需要則必須參加，這樣做的目的是使孩子能夠達到學(xué)習(xí)課程所需具備的水平。

如學(xué)生家長拒絕學(xué)生參加這些額外的輔導(dǎo)課程，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。

1. Individualized Education Plan (IEP) 英語強化課程

Students who are assessed and found to have little or no English language skills may require daily support in order to build the language skills they need to function in their classroom and communicate with their peers. These students will be required to enroll into the Individualized Education Plan (IEP). An additional fee will be assessed based on the student’s individual needs to access the curriculum. MSB reserves the right to withdraw a student if parents refuse the recommended additional support.

沒有英語基礎(chǔ)或基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生，將需要每天進行英語輔導(dǎo)以使他們能夠完成課堂學(xué)習(xí)并與同學(xué)交流。我們要求上述學(xué)生參加英語強化課程。這些額外課程的費用會根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體需求而定。如學(xué)生家長拒絕學(xué)生參加額外的輔導(dǎo)課程，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。

2. Learning Support (LS) 特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)

In the event that the school deems a child in need of additional assistance, MSB will work with the parents to provide the best care and support for their child. Additional needs include, but are not limited to: regular learning support, speech therapy, psycho-educational evaluation, a full-time shadow, etc.

During the admission process, students with learning difficulties are evaluated on an individual basis to determine if the school can provide for their needs. MSB requires applicants with previously identified learning needs to provide past school records, full evaluations and complete and accurate information of all multi-disciplinary services in use.

For those students who are admitted with learning support needs, a fee will be levied to cover all additional manpower costs. Should the parents of a child in need of any additional assistance refuse to agree to MSB’s plan for support, the school reserves the right to withdraw the child from school.

如果學(xué)校認為某個孩子需要額外的特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)，MSB 將會和家長一起為孩子提供最好的關(guān)心和幫助。額外的特殊輔導(dǎo)包括但不限于：定期特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)、語言障礙矯正、心理教育評估和全職的輔導(dǎo)老師等。

在招生過程中，有學(xué)習(xí)困難的學(xué)生會進行單獨評估，以便學(xué)校確定是否能滿足該生要求。MSB 要求已發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)有困難的報名學(xué)生提供過往的學(xué)校記錄、完整的評估報告以及正在使用的多學(xué)科服務(wù)的準(zhǔn)確全面信息。

對于確認需要接受特殊學(xué)習(xí)輔導(dǎo)的已入讀學(xué)生，學(xué)校將會收取一定的費用以涵蓋額外人力成本。如果家長拒絕支付相關(guān)費用，MSB 保留要求該學(xué)生退學(xué)的權(quán)利。

3. Athletics 體育活動

Students participating in sporting events representing MSB may be required to contribute to transportation and tournament participation fees.

對于代表MSB參加體育賽事的學(xué)生，學(xué)校有可能會要求其支付相應(yīng)交通費及活動報名費。

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS 退學(xué)及退款

MSB must receive written notice of a student’s withdrawal from school. All refunds will be processed according to the rules outlined in MSB’s Refund Policy in student’s enrollment contract.                                                                                                                                                                         

學(xué)生退學(xué)必須向MSB 提供書面申請。退費程序?qū)⒏鶕?jù)閣下孩子就讀合同中的MSB 退款政策所列出的規(guī)則進行。
